Shipping, returns, and privacy
Shipping
Orders of ₹500 and above ship free inside India. Below that, shipping is ₹100. We pack from 1/44 north Street ,sukkirravarakattalai ,srivanchiyam post,nannilam tk, Thiruvarur district. and send a tracking update when the courier picks up the parcel. Delivery time depends on the pincode.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the saree is unused, with the blouse piece and tags as sent. Write to sales@imiraa.com with your order number. If we confirm the return, the refund follows the original payment method after we receive the parcel. Shipping charges on the original order are not refunded unless we sent the wrong piece.
Privacy
We use your name, email, phone, and delivery address to take the order, ship it, and reply if you contact us. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers. We do not sell personal information. Account pages are for you, not for public search.
